Serene sustainability: a space that connects, cares and inspires

In the heart of Puerto Banús, next to the Plaza de Toros, the new outlet of Healthy Poke in Marbella reinterprets the values of the brand through interior design: wellbeing, sustainability and connection to nature. A project by the Fuertes Santamarta studio which transforms this restaurant into a serene space with an air of wellbeing and the natural world.
One of the key aspects of the project was the use of sustainable and local materials, carefully selected to promote the circular economy and highlight the work of local artisans. This choice not only reinforces the identity of the brand but also creates an atmosphere of authenticity and intimacy, in line with the philosophy of a healthy and responsible diet.
The chromatic palette of the space consists of soft tones that evoke the natural world, transmitting a sensation of peace and serenity.
Everything exudes a sense of harmony: earthy tones, organic textures, warm lighting and the use of responsible materials. All creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that invites clients to enjoy a healthy experience for both body and mind.
Organic and artisanal textures
The walls of the locale have a unique texture. The studio decided on Hisbalit’s RAW collection, in 4×4 format, to create a striking interplay of curves and movement thanks to its undulated finish.
The designers chose the Yeso references for the main dining area, under the mirrors and the Yute reference behind the bar: two soft tones that evoke the look and feel of natural fibres and earthy elements, reinforcing the artisanal aesthetic of the space. The RAW collection, manufactured entirely in Spain using 100% recycled materials, reinterprets and celebrates the uniqueness of natural imperfections.
The undulated RAW mosaic tile adds an almost organic texture to the space, perfect for a culinary experience based on healthy essentials.
The bathrooms are strikingly surfaced in Bijou mosaic tile from the Petite Hisbalit collection. A very special and understated design in hexagonal format with a dash of unique designer style.
